Dr Sarah Hoyle: Your choice for Frognal
Sarah understands what Frognal needs
Sarah has been going door-to-door in Frognal over the last nine months and has heard the same message over and over again - local people feel let down by Camden’s Labour Council and taken for granted by their Conservative councillors.
She's been hearing that people want safer streets, to have their voices heard on planning and traffic, and to make sure our precious green spaces are protected.
Sarah is standing as the Liberal Democrat candidate for the Frognal by-election because she believes passionately in good public services.
A hard working community champion
She has volunteered as a school governor, as a Trustee of Child’s Hill food bank, and on the Board of an NHS Trust. In her working life she set up a charity which helped young people to develop leadership skills and to offer creative artists a foothold in their careers and now runs Kentish Town Community Centre.
She has a record which shows she works hard, listens to what people need, challenges where necesary, and collaborates to get things done. Her passion and energy will be invaluable on the council.
Stronger Opposition in Camden
If elected, Sarah will join a strong team of Liberal Democrats as part of the Official Opposition to Labour on Camden Council. Lib Dem councillors in neighbouring Belsize and Hampstead Town wards have fought for residents against over-development and badly-thought through traffic schemes, and for all those who need the Council’s housing and social care services.
You have a choice on 2nd May - another Conservative taking you for granted, or a hard-working Liberal Democrat to give you a strong voice at the Town Hall.
