The 2006 manifesto which mapped out a different direction for the borough of Camden when Lib Dems became the largest party. Instead of chasing spurious government targets, the Council will focus on green issues; instead of ignoring local people's concerns and fining them willy-nilly, the Council will serve local residents; instead of being remote and distant, the Council will be open, accountable and responsive under Liberal Democrat control.
